Godstack is an AI Agent Operating System that enables the creation, deployment, and monetization of autonomous AI agents. Access to the platform is subject to Godstack's own terms and conditions available at godstack.ai.

• GSTX is a utility token used within the Godstack ecosystem
• Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• GSTX does not represent equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights in TapNSlap AI, LLC
• The value of GSTX may fluctuate and may decrease to zero
• We make no guarantees regarding future value, listing, or liquidity

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of the United States, and any jurisdiction where token sales are restricted or prohibited by law, may be restricted from participating in the GSTX presale. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
